Brad will lead you in a short morning exercise program that will warm you up and teach you how to be a better surfer. He will join you surfing to watch and help make the right adjustments to augment your surfing. Brad doesn’t believe in an over active mind while surfing so these comments will be subtle and light. He will make mental notes to discuss with you over lunch.
Brad will go over video and pictures and help you understand how to get the most out of your surfing.
He will prescribe a physical workout for you to correct your surfing technique and give you visualization exercises to help you make it a part of your surfing style.
This visualization is key to allowing yourself to be free while surfing.
We are all so much happier when we are not judging ourselves.
Brad sets a tone and environment that is fun, light, and inspiring.
He believes in working out all the kinks on land which leave surfing the place of ultimate freedom. There are no rules in the ocean, only the ones we place on ourselves.
